It is so easy to get caught up in our careers and ambitions but let's take a moment to step back and breathe. It is important to want to progress in your career, to want a promotion or, to want a change of industry. All of these things create stress though, especially if your plans are not working out as you want them to.
When was the last time you just sat outside and listened to the birds? or sat in the sun and thought about nothing? Make time for some self-care. This can come in many forms and it's totally up to you how you want to take time out for yourself. Your brain and your body need you to reset for a little bit and create some balance in your life. I know it's easier said than done, but if you don't do this then your body will shut down and force you to do it.
