Paid coaching, yay or nay?

So you're probably asking yourself "Why would I pay someone to be my coach?" Well, it is ultimately an investment that you are making in yourself. You pay a coach to take time to focus on you, highlight improvement opportunities and implement what needs to be done. Paid coaches have a step by step approach to get you where you want to be, in the time you want to be there in.

An alternative would be to get a free coach in the form of a senior person in the organization you are currently working in. There is nothing wrong with doing that BUT you are at the mercy of their time and schedule and you might only be able to see them once every few months. A paid coach makes time for you and goes into a contract with you to make sure that expectations are met from both sides. Its a more committed and binding process. And you will find that you will learn so much more than the technical aspect of a job. For those that don't have the money, it just means that you can't afford it YET, and your time will come where you will be able to pay a coach to make you the best version of yourself.

In the next few months I will be making some free material available so don't be a stranger and visit my website, instagram and facebook pages often. Links are at the top of the page.

Until next time,

Stay Safe!
